Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga describes any physical form of yoga. A slower paced class with creative sequencing, alignment instruction and breathing techniques will leave you feeling calm and focused. Find the balance of effort and ease in your practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic style of yoga in which we link our movement and breath through a flowing sequence. While alignment is still in focus, more attention is placed on yoga as a moving meditation. This class is designed to rid toxins and re-energize your body and mind. Previous yoga experience is encouraged.

Yoga Sculpt

A fast paced yoga class that incorporates weights for an intense work out that will boost metabolism, burn calories and build lean muscle mass.  Heart pumping and sweat producing, previous yoga experience is required.

Core Blast

Faster paced vinyasa class linking breath with movements while focusing on strengthening the core.  Be prepared to sweat!

Yogilates

A combination of Yoga and Pilates design to leave you feeling refreshed, calm, strong and centered. Class focuses on releasing tension and strengthening the core.  

Pilates

A low impact floor series designed to strengthen core muscles, improve posture and increase flexibility. 

Restorative Yoga

Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to support the body in yoga poses designed to relax, rejuvenate and release tension from the body and mind. This class is slow moving and will help restore you to your natural state of wellbeing and bliss.

iRest ®  is an evidence based practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system and develops a deep capacity to help you navigate through the challenges of life.

Senior Chair Yoga

An excellent way to stay active, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, strengthen bones and promote flexibility.  Whole class is seated and ends with an iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation that's been proven to reduce stress, chronic pain, as well as other common ailments. 

Kids Yoga

Trained by Yoga Ed., this class provides Yoga-based exercises and activities to help the children relax, feel good and be their best!  Classes include 4 main Yoga tools that last a lifetime: Yoga Breathing- Calms and nourishes the nervous system. Yoga Games- Engages the whole brain in creative play and thinking that ignites joy and stimulates the secretion of dopamine and DHEA. These positive chemical messengers build brain cells and improve mood causing a positive attitude adjustment. Yoga Poses/ Adventure- Release and dissipate the physiological consequences of the stress response in the body and stimulates imagination and creativity. Yoga "Time-in"- Involves students in rest, relaxation, inner listening and reflection.  This time for inner focus slows brain waves, allowing the nervous system to recharge and the brain to process and integrate information . Time-in develops self-awareness and leads to more responsible behavior.  It also enhances learning, problem solving and a sense of peaceful well-being.

Prenatal Yoga

Focus on poses, breathing and relaxation techniques designed to  get the body and mind ready for pregnancy. 

Distant Reiki

Receive the full benefits of a reiki healing session from afar. Reiki is an energy healing technique that aids relaxation, reduces stress, eases tension and promotes healing. This session starts with a phone introduction/intention and then the treatment begins.  Through the use of focus and intention the practitioner instantly transmits reiki healing energy . This energy can be sent to anyone, any pet or any situation around the world and is highly effective.
